This service provides an in-person evaluation of your vehicle’s current condition, workmanship quality, completion status, and required next steps. Whether you need a focused inspection or full executive-level oversight, each tier is designed to protect your outcome.


Option 1: Focused On-Site Inspection

$1,500

For clients who need an experienced second opinion and clear verbal direction.

Includes:
• Up to 90 minutes on-site
• Mechanical systems review
• Installation quality review
• Identification of incomplete or incorrect work
• Safety and risk observations
• Photo documentation
• Verbal summary of findings
• Follow-up written summary email

Additional on-site time billed at $450 per hour.

Best suited for progress verification, red-flag identification, or pre-delivery review.


Option 2: Full Assessment & Completion Roadmap

$3,500

For clients who want structured documentation and a prioritized plan forward.

Includes:
• Up to 2 hours on-site evaluation
• Detailed systems and workmanship assessment
• Structural and safety review
• Shop walk-through and scope comparison
• High-resolution photo documentation
• Written condition report
• Prioritized action list
• Risk exposure notes
• Completion roadmap
• Scheduled review call

Additional on-site time billed at $450 per hour.

This tier provides clarity, documentation, and leverage.


Option 3: Executive Build Oversight & Advocacy

Starting at $7,500

For high-value builds, stalled projects, complex corrections, or clients who require deeper involvement beyond a single visit.

Includes:
• Extended on-site evaluation up to 4 hours
• Comprehensive documentation package
• Detailed written assessment
• Direct interface with shop personnel
• Scope alignment review
• Quote validation and correction analysis
• Timeline evaluation
• Negotiation support when appropriate
• Structured completion strategy
• Two post-visit advisory calls

Optional multi-day presence and ongoing advisory retainers available upon request.

This tier positions me as your independent build advocate, focused on protecting your investment and outcome.


Travel Structure

Time away from the shop carries real opportunity cost. Travel is structured to remain transparent and fair.

Standard Travel Policy (Options 1 & 2)

Within 100 miles
Travel time not billed.

100–300 miles
Travel time billed at $250 per hour, door to door.

Fly-Out Trips
Travel time billed at $250 per hour.
Capped at 4 hours per travel day.
Airfare, lodging, and ground transportation covered by client.
Travel expenses prepaid prior to departure.

There is no blanket half-day minimum. Travel is billed hourly, with a reasonable cap applied for flights.

A written travel estimate will be provided before scheduling.


Premium Travel Consideration (Option 3 Only)

Within 100 miles
Travel time included in service fee.

100–300 miles
Travel billed at $250 per hour.

Fly-Out Trips
Travel time billed at $250 per hour.
Capped at 4 hours per travel day.
Client covers airfare, lodging, and transportation.


Payment & Scheduling Terms

Calendar time is limited and reserved exclusively for each client. Payment structure reflects the selected tier.

Option 1 – $1,500
• 100% due at booking
• Non-refundable once scheduled

Option 2 – $3,500
• 50% non-refundable retainer due at booking
• Remaining 50% due 48 hours prior to inspection
• If final balance is not received 48 hours prior, the inspection may be released

Option 3 – Starting at $7,500
• 100% due at booking
• Non-refundable once scheduled

Travel expenses must be prepaid when applicable.

Rescheduling requires minimum 72-hour notice.
