About Me
Founder of Wragth Motorsports | Navy Veteran | Former NASA & Waymo | Author
I’m Roy Wragth — a builder, operator, and systems thinker whose career has lived at the intersection of pressure and precision.
From military aviation to aerospace testing, from autonomous vehicle validation to four-digit horsepower builds, my work has always centered around one principle:
Systems must perform under load.
That principle drives everything I do today — in the shop, in advisory engagements, and on stage.

Military Foundation
I served on Active Duty in the United States Navy as an AD1 Aviation Machinist Mate, completing multiple tours supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn.
I earned the Master Training Specialist designation — refining not only my technical capability, but my ability to lead, teach, and communicate in high-stakes environments.
In aviation, small oversights compound quickly.
Precision is not optional.
Accountability is not negotiable.
That mindset never left.

NASA & Waymo: Innovation With Accountability
After the military, I served as an Engineering Technician V at NASA, supporting aerospace testing, heat shield programs, and mobility systems research.
Later, I joined Waymo, Google’s autonomous vehicle division, where I led technicians and validation programs as a Program Manager and Shift Manager for Technical Operations.
Across aerospace and autonomous systems, the rule remained constant:
Test under real conditions.
Validate assumptions.
Build structure before scale.

Building Wragth Motorsports
Eventually, I chose to build my own vision.
Wragth Motorsports was created as a disciplined systems environment for serious enthusiasts. We specialize in late-model GM, Ford, and Dodge platforms, along with select specialty vehicles.
We are known for:
• Four-digit horsepower Escalade V builds
• Complex electrical diagnostics
• Structured build processes
• Transparent communication
• Mechanical validation others avoid
But Wragth has never just been about horsepower.
It is about clarity in emotional markets.
It is about control in high-pressure environments.
It is about protecting capital through structure.
Author: Built Under Load
I am the author of Built Under Load, a book centered on decision-making, systems thinking, and performance under pressure.
The philosophy inside that book is the same philosophy behind ROY360HQ:
Pressure reveals weaknesses.
Structure protects outcomes.

What Is ROY360HQ?
ROY360HQ is my advisory and speaking platform built on military aviation discipline, aerospace validation, autonomous systems architecture, and high-performance automotive oversight.
It operates exclusively within the high-performance and specialty vehicle market.
This platform does not provide business acquisition advisory, mergers and acquisitions services, or corporate exit consulting.
ROY360HQ focuses strictly on vehicles and performance-driven systems — reinforced by real-world experience across corporate leadership, advanced technology environments, and entrepreneurial execution.
The perspective behind this platform is not theoretical.
It was developed through military service.
Tested in aerospace.
Applied in autonomous vehicle systems.
Built inside high-performance automotive operations.
And refined through entrepreneurship.
I have operated inside structured institutions and built in unstructured markets.
I have led teams under pressure and built systems from the ground up.
I have walked it, lived it, and learned it.
ROY360HQ exists to bring that level of discipline and clarity into environments that often operate emotionally.
Whether the engagement involves vehicle acquisition, vehicle exit strategy, mechanical validation, executive build oversight, or speaking, the foundation remains the same:
Structure before scale.
Clarity before commitment.
Validation before deployment.
This is independent oversight for serious operators who value precision over hype and outcomes over noise

The Human Side
Outside the shop and advisory work, I train consistently in the gym and on the mats in Jiu Jitsu. Taking care of the mind and body matters to me. The goal is simple: show up better than yesterday. One percent stronger. One percent sharper. Every day.
I am a car guy at heart. Motorsports is not just business to me. It is passion, discipline, engineering, competition, and culture all combined.
Both training and motorsports reinforce the same principles:
Discipline over emotion.
Humility over ego.
Process over noise.
I believe in building correctly.
Not loudly.
Not recklessly.
Not for attention.
Sustainable performance is earned through repetition, structure, and restraint

Through ROY360HQ, I Work Across:
• Vehicle acquisition advisory and structured representation
• Vehicle exit strategy and transaction oversight
• On-site vehicle inspection and mechanical validation
• Executive build oversight and advocacy
• Systems-under-load evaluation
• Performance-focused advisory engagements
• Speaking engagements centered on structure, leadership, and capital discipline
Each engagement is grounded in environments where failure has real consequences — military aviation, aerospace testing, autonomous vehicle systems, and high-performance automotive operations.
The common thread is not horsepower.
It is structure.
The performance vehicle market often operates emotionally. Decisions are influenced by urgency, reputation, and perception rather than risk assessment and capital discipline.
ROY360HQ introduces disciplined oversight drawn from environments where assumptions must be tested and outcomes must be earned.
That means:
• Defined engagement frameworks
• Mechanical risk evaluation
• Structured transaction oversight
• Completion roadmaps grounded in reality
• Capital-aware decision models
• Accountability in high-stakes environments
This is not casual brokerage.
It is independent oversight for serious buyers, sellers, and builders who understand that capital deployed without structure is capital exposed.
Speaking & Education
Through keynotes, panels, and private engagements, I speak from lived experience — not theory.
Topics include:
• Systems thinking under pressure
• Structured decision-making in uncertain environments
• Protecting capital in emotional markets
• Leadership inside high-performance teams
• Building authority without sacrificing integrity
The perspective comes from operating inside institutions where mistakes carry measurable consequences.
Aviation does not tolerate ego.
Aerospace does not reward shortcuts.
Autonomous systems do not scale without validation.
Those lessons apply directly to entrepreneurship, leadership, and performance markets.
Who This Is For
ROY360HQ is built for individuals who value:
• Discipline over hype
• Structure over speed
• Accountability over noise
• Experience over theory
Whether you are acquiring a vehicle, exiting a position, validating a build, protecting capital, or scaling something meaningful, the objective remains consistent:
Clarity before commitment.
Structure before scale.
Validation before deployment.
