- On-site inspections and completion assessments
- Strategy calls and consulting sessions
All services are advisory in nature unless otherwise defined in a separate written agreement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging Roy360HQ services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the authority to enter into this agreement
- You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
3. Services & Scope
Roy360HQ provides professional guidance, analysis, and strategic recommendations based on experience and available data.
- Services are advisory, not mechanical or physical unless explicitly stated
- Roy360HQ does not act as a licensed dealer in consumer-facing transactions
- Any dealership involvement is handled through third-party partners
4. Fees & Payments
- All fees are listed in USD and are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed
- Advisory engagement fees (including $3,000 retainers) are required to begin work
- Representation fees (e.g., percentage-based fees) apply when full services are executed
All payments are subject to the Refund Policy.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Roy360HQ does not guarantee:
- Vehicle availability
- Purchase or sale outcomes
- Pricing, valuation, or timelines
- Performance results or financial return
All decisions made based on Roy360HQ guidance are the sole responsibility of the client.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond in a timely manner
- Make final decisions regarding purchases, sales, or modifications
Roy360HQ is not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate client information.
7. Third-Party Services
Roy360HQ may recommend or coordinate with third parties, including:
- Dealerships
- Shops
- Inspectors
- Vendors
Roy360HQ is not liable for:
- Work performed by third parties
- Pricing, delays, or quality of service
- Any agreements made between you and third-party providers
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Roy360HQ, including:
- Reports
- Strategy documents
- Recommendations
- Digital products
is the intellectual property of Roy360HQ.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell content
- Share proprietary materials without written consent
9. Scheduling & Availability
- Scheduled calls require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule
- Missed or late appointments may be forfeited
- Availability is not guaranteed and is scheduled based on current workload
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roy360HQ shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Financial losses related to vehicle purchases or sales
- Performance issues, mechanical failures, or market changes
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roy360HQ from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of services
- Decisions made based on advisory guidance
- Third-party interactions or agreements
12. Termination of Services
Roy360HQ reserves the right to:
- Refuse or terminate service at any time
- End engagements due to misuse, non-payment, or unreasonable conduct
Any work completed up to termination remains billable.
