This foundational engagement defines pricing structure and market readiness before exposure.

• Modification documentation review
• Service record organization guidance
• Target buyer identification
• Exit timing strategy
• Capital recovery assessment
Engagement Fee
$3,000 (non-refundable)
Credited toward Full Exit Representation if retained.
This phase ensures the vehicle is positioned correctly before entering the market.
Phase II: Full Exit Representation
For owners requiring structured sell-side execution and transaction oversight.
Includes:
• Market positioning strategy
• Controlled buyer outreach
• Buyer qualification and purchasing power validation
• Offer structuring guidance
• Transaction coordination
• Oversight through confirmed transfer of funds
Maintenance or reconditioning planning may be recommended. Any mechanical or preparation services are quoted separately and billed directly through Wragth Motorsports.
A transaction is considered closed upon confirmed receipt of purchase funds.
Representation Fee
5% of final sale price
Less any previously paid engagement retainer
Balance due within three (3) business days of confirmed transfer of funds.
Advisory & Transaction Clarification
Roy360HQ provides strategic advisory, market positioning guidance, and transaction facilitation support.
Under this engagement, Roy360HQ does not take title to vehicles, does not assume ownership, and does not act as the retail dealer of record unless expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement.
The vehicle owner remains the legal owner of record and retains responsibility for title transfer, tax obligations, registration, and regulatory compliance until the vehicle is formally transferred to the buyer.
This engagement provides access to structured pricing systems, positioning strategy, and a vetted buyer network to facilitate an efficient and controlled transaction process.
Roy360HQ does not purchase vehicles under this advisory engagement.
Buyer Qualification
Where appropriate, Roy360HQ may assist in validating buyer purchasing power and coordinating pre-approval through a vetted partner lending network to support transaction efficiency and reduce execution risk.
