This service is appropriate for:

• Six-figure performance acquisitions
• Modified or forced-induction builds

Engagement Fee

$3,000 (non-refundable)

This phase is advisory in nature and does not obligate Roy360HQ to negotiate or transact unless representation is formally elected.

Private Acquisition Representation

For clients requiring complete transaction oversight and disciplined execution.

Includes:

• Direct seller communication
• Offer structuring and negotiation strategy
• Risk mitigation planning
• Inspection coordination
• Transaction oversight through confirmed transfer of funds
• Coordination with vetted partner lending network when financing is utilized

A transaction is deemed closed upon confirmed receipt of purchase funds by the seller.

Representation Fee

5% of final purchase price
Less any previously paid advisory engagement

Minimum Representation Fee: $7,500

Balance due within three (3) business days of confirmed transfer of funds.

Advisory Status & Transaction Clarification

Roy360HQ provides strategic acquisition advisory and transaction facilitation support.

Roy360HQ does not maintain retail vehicle inventory under this engagement, does not take title to vehicles, and does not act as the retail dealer of record unless expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement.

Clients remain solely responsible for title transfer, tax obligations, registration, and regulatory compliance related to the purchased vehicle.

This engagement provides structured guidance, negotiation discipline, and access to a vetted network to support controlled capital deployment.
