Engagement Investment

Speaking engagements begin at $5,000.

Final investment is determined by:

• Format and duration
• Audience size
• Customization level
• Event type

A 50% deposit secures the calendar.
Remaining balance is due at the start of the engagement.

Travel Structure

For events requiring travel:

• Client arranges and pays directly for hotel accommodations and rental vehicle or ground transportation.
• A fixed airfare stipend is provided to Speaker in advance.

Airline selection and flight scheduling remain at Speaker discretion.

Intellectual Property & Recording

Intellectual property remains the property of Roy Wragth.

Usage rights are defined per engagement and may include:

• No recording
• Limited event marketing use
• Expanded licensing under separate agreement

Recording and redistribution require written approval.

No Guarantee of Attendance or Outcomes

Sessions are structured for clarity and applied value. Attendance levels, revenue performance, sponsorship participation, and implementation results remain the responsibility of the organizing entity.
